The details you send me by email: your name, email address, brand, marketplaces, ad spend and anything else you choose to share. If you ask for an audit or become a client, I also see the Amazon account data you give me access to, such as advertising reports, Seller Central reports and your cost of goods.
To reply to you, to prepare your audit, and to manage your account if you hire me. I don't sell your data, share it with other sellers, or add you to a mailing list.
Emails from people who don't become clients are deleted within 12 months. Client data is kept for as long as we work together and deleted within 6 months after we stop, unless the law requires me to keep invoices longer.
This site is hosted on Base44, which may log technical data such as your IP address when you visit. My email provider stores the emails you send me. Nobody else gets your data.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the data I hold about you at any time by emailing theo@margin-first.com. If you're unhappy with how I've handled it, you can complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).
