Most people start with the audit. There's no obligation to go further, and a fair number don't need to.
For sellers who suspect money is leaking but can't see where.
I check everything below, then send you a written report on the three biggest problems in your account, ranked by what each one is costing you.
Yours to keep. I don't charge for it because I'd rather show you what I'd do than describe it.
For sellers who want the account run properly, by one person, with a target attached.
I run your Amazon advertising end to end: same person on strategy, on execution, and on every call.
Flat monthly retainer. No percentage of your ad spend, so I have no reason to push you to spend more than the account can profitably absorb.
Most agency reports are forty pages of exported charts that nobody reads and nothing acts on. Length isn't the same as rigour. If I can't explain the month in a page, I don't understand it well enough. You'll have the console open anyway; what you're paying me for is the interpretation.
We set the target in week one, in writing. During the diagnosis week I go through your account and your margins. We then agree on a specific figure (usually a TACOS threshold) and write it down before any money changes hands. No moving goalposts in either direction.
The baseline is your trailing 90 days. Not a number I invent, and not your best-ever month. Your own account's recent history, agreed by both of us before I start.
Until we hit it, you don't pay me. You still pay Amazon for ads. That money was always going to be spent. What you don't pay is my retainer.
Once we hit it, the retainer starts from that month forward. Not backdated. The months before it are mine to absorb. That's the risk I'm taking.
This arrangement is available on accounts I believe I can move. If I don't think I can hit a target worth agreeing to, I'll tell you at the audit stage rather than take the engagement and hope.
I take 6 accounts at a time. That cap is the model, not a marketing device. It's the only way the work stays hands-on and the only reason I can promise you the same person every week. When it's full there's a waitlist, not a new hire.
The audit is free. Management pricing depends on catalogue size, marketplace count, and the state of the account, so I quote after the audit rather than before. By then I'll know what the work actually involves and you'll have seen how I think. What I can tell you upfront:
I'll go through your account and come back with the three biggest problems, ranked by what each one is costing you, and what I'd change. No deck, no discovery script, just the person who'd be doing the work. If it isn't a fit, I'll say so and point you somewhere better.
